We Need You!
Are you looking for a way to express yourself, relieve stress, entertain those energetic kids you're babysitting over the summer, unleash your creative potential, kill a few minutes of free time, or get involved in a nationwide intergenerational art project? Then you are the perfect participant for our first GEEKs Collaborative Art Project!

What is the GEEKs Art Project?
The goal of the project is to build an online collection of art created by people of all ages and art skill levels. The collection will show artists' answers to this question: What does an environmentally sustainable world look like to you?

How can I participate?
A collage submitted by 6-year-old Ford
1) Make art. You can draw something, break something, make a collage, fold a napkin in an artistic way, paint something, take a picture of your cat and a piece of bread, write a poem in artistic script- whatever you want. Just be sure to somehow address the question "What does an environmentally sustainable world look like to you?"

2) Have your friends make art. Hand some colored pencils to the kids you're babysitting, or that cat that you photographed with the piece of bread. Send an email about this project to your grandma. Text your family and a few friends. Remember that absolutely anybody is more than welcome to participate!

3) Take a picture of the art. Picture quality is not a big deal- don't worry about it!

4) Put your pictures on our Facebook page, or email them to us. Feel free to include a first name, age, and location if you want to, or submit anonymously. We would love to get a picture of you with your art, too!
